MakeUp Revolution Haul

Hey guys, so if you follow me on instagram — if not, why not? — you will know that a few weeks ago I had a serious splurge on Makeup Revolution. Having never used Makeup Revolution before I was excited to see what all the fuss is about and now I understand why so many people rave about it. It is so affordable and the products are well worth it!

So, first up let's talk about lips. I am a major lipstick fan — no outfit is complete without a good old faithful nude or a classic red. When I saw Makeup Revolution's collection it was like I'd found lipstick heaven. They have every shade you could ever wish for so, of course, I couldn't stop myself from getting a few shades.

Move Your Mouth Forever
(£3)
This is a matte lipgloss which I tend to pair with Chauffer. Alone though, it adds that little bit of colour — perfect for everyday makeup.

Chauffeur
(£3)
This is one of my favourites of the lot. It is such a nice nude colour and just look at that rose gold packaging. It's a bit of a different nude than I would normally go for as it has a lot of brown tones to it but I think it will be perfect with a tan during summer. It is also a buildable colour which I love.

When You Came To Me
Unfortunately, I don't think they stock this lipstick anymore as I bought it in the sale but there are so many gorgeous nudes on the site that I'm sure there will be one that is close to this colour. This one is more of a pink nude which I really like. It needs a couple of coats to get an even coverage but overall it's a really pretty colour.

Saviour Will Come
This is another one that isn't on the site anymore. This one is a gorgeous reddish brown. It is still quite a neutral colour but the red gives it some warmth. So simple and classic — would compliment every outfit.

Who We Are
(£2.50)
This is my new go to red! It is easy to apply and the colour is amazing. It is so bright and I love how it has a slightly pink hue which softens up the classic red lip.

Diamond Life
(£3)
I love a deep berry shade so when I saw this one on the site I instantly knew I had to have it. Again, this is a buildable colour so you can go from a super intense berry to a softer touch of colour. Love, love, love it!

Next onto their face palettes. I have been meaning to up my contour game for a while now so when I came across Makeup Revolution's Ultra Cream Contour Palette (£8) it seemed like the perfect place to start.

This palette contains everything you need for highlighting, sculpting and defining. The colours are so easy to apply and the full range of colours means that it would suit  most skin tones. And for only £8 it's an absolute steal!

I am a sucker for really pigmented blushes and Makeup Revolution's Blush Queen Blush Palette (£6) is one of the most gorgeous, pigmented blush palette I have come across. It only takes one quick brush on and your cheeks are the perfect rosy colour. So pretty!

I hope you enjoyed this haul. Have you ever used products from Makeup Revolution? What would you recommend?
