One Cocktail At A Time: 02

One Cocktail At A Time

Hello and welcome back to my blog, who has had a little bit of a facelift in the last week. Yes, I redesigned my blog again *eye roll*. I blame the designer in me. To be honest though, I’d been thinking about redesigning the blog for a while. I just couldn’t find a way to get Squarespace to give me the flexibility I wanted. However, a little bit of patience and some custom CSS later I’ve managed to get it looking how I want. Turns out teaching myself to code for work is paying off on here too. Of course there are still some minor things I want to adjust and fix, like reformatting all my blog posts in the new design. But anyway, I’m digressing...

So today, alongside the new look, I’ve also got a sparkling new episode of the podcast for you! I loved hearing the feedback on my first episode and just want to thank everyone who took the time to give it a listen, share it or leave a comment. I am still trying to get my head around the editing process but I think we are getting there — slowly. Also, the podcast is now on Apple Podcasts so you can subscribe and it means you'll never miss an episode.

In the second episode of One Cocktail At A Time, I catch up with Charlotte Dougall. Charlotte is a content marketer and blogger from Glasgow who has been running her blog, Colours and Carousels, for 8 years now. Alongside blogging and being a full time student, she also manages to run her fabulous new business, Content By Charlotte. We caught up to chat about her new business, how she keeps it all organised and with her 8 years experience in the blogging game she shares some helpful hints and tips for new bloggers and talks about not being your typical blogger.
